Watamu, Kenya is a haven, a natural sanctuary for families of dolphins including mothers and calves. Protected by Kenya Wildlife Service the Malindi Watamu National Marine Park and Reserve
The Most Common Species of Dolphin found within Watamu Marine Protected Area, is the Bottle-nose Dolphin and Humpback Dolphin.
They are usually seen from October 15th, to April every season when the sea is cool and calm.
