Day Trip To Chale Island: less than a mile long and half a mile wide, Chale Island is encircled by the stunning azure seas of the Indian Ocean and features a broad expanse of sand beach and mangrove forest.
At 8:00 a.m., we pick you up from your hotel for our day trip to Chale Island. We take you to the boat departure point and start your journey there. Along the way, we’ll make a quick stop so you can go snorkeling. As you explore the ocean, maybe you’ll spot some dolphins. If the time and weather allow, we will also explore the mangroves around the Gazi region, which is on the mainland directly across from the island.
We will drop you off for lunch on the island by the boat. Following that, you can swim in the hotel pool and enjoy some sunbathing. You will depart the island and return by car to your hotel after your 4 p.m. tea.
Please be aware that this is a fairly laid-back outing and not recommended for experienced snorkelers.
Since this is a private island reserved for paying residents only, confirmation depends on space being available at the island’s resort.
A minimum of two people are needed for this tour.
