Kisite Marine Park offers excellent scuba diving opportunities with vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life. The park is known for its clear waters, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced divers. You can expect to see a variety of fish species, turtles, and potentially dolphins
Enjoy up to 2 dives at Diani Beach-Wasini Island. Booked with Wasini Island day trip, scuba diving in diani beach exposes you to some of the best diving spots in Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park.
Wasini Island has seven dive sites with minimal current ranging in depth from six feet to more than one hundred feet (2–32 meters). For beginners we have professional guides who will take you through fun diving.
For the more experienced divers, the Nyuli dive spot starts at 90 feet (28 meters) and goes down to almost 105 feet (32 meters) and is home to large schools of reef fish.
We will provide all the equipment and professional advice you’ll need. We can manage 1-2 dives before going for your lunch on Wasini Island.
There are more than 10 amazing dive sites ranging from 5 to 32 m in the close vicinity of Wasini Island—both inside and outside Kisite Mpunguti National Marine Park. This marine park is unquestionably the most beautiful of all parks along the Kenyan coast, and diving is great all year round. There is nothing like breathing underwater for the very first time. It takes a little getting used to—after all, human beings weren’t designed to do that—but after a few minutes of awestruck wonder, our divers realize how easy scuba diving really is. The biggest challenge our instructors have with the Fun Divers is not coaxing participants into the water but coaxing them out when the dive is over! Commonly encountered bigger animals at Kisite include dolphins and green turtles, in addition to the common coral reef fish inhabiting the area.

Itinerary
We depart from Diani at around 7:30 am, headed down to the port of Shimoni, infamous in history as the loading point for slaves bound for the markets of Zanzibar
From Shimoni we ride on a traditional African dhow around Wasini Island out to the marine park sanctuary of Kisite-Mpunguti.
After equipment assembly and a dive brief, it’s time for a dive. Dives typically last between 40-50 minutes with a PADI Divemaster+ as a guide. During the dive, the boat is moored up so snorkelers can also enjoy the Kisite Reef.
Once both dives have been completed, we take a leisurely
cruise around Wasini Island back to Shimoni for lunch
Transfer back to your hotel in Diani/Mombasa.
